Ceramic tiles are made from a mixtures of clays baked a high temperatures but normally lower than porcelain tiles. They come in either glazed or unglazed finishes. This glaze is achieved during the firing process by applying a special material called a bisque and being baked for a second time.

Ceramic tiles often have a high build up of soil and residues especially in the grout lines. These will need breaking down with a combination of our liquids, brushes, pads, rinsing and extraction. Followed by our hand application of our reactive ceramic and porcelain impregnator. This will guard against water and soil based stains in the future and daily maintenance will be greatly improved due to the protective barrier.
